Can you be very specific about ANS (Autonomic nervous system) assessment with respect to special needs people?
It is very important that special needs people to digest food properly. Many times you may take all the necessary effort to get all the essential nutrients in the food, but if the digestive the system, or the gut is not digesting and/or absorbing normally, irrespective of the quality of food that you’re giving, it don’t reach the brain.
So also with the cardiovascular system. If it does not sufficient oxygen and resources, say while problem solving, the cardiovascular system is malfunctioning. He/she does not get the resources needed to tackle circumstances. If the involuntary systems feeding the body are not doing its job, the brain and its networks are not getting the resources needed. We need data to rectify the situation to provide a sustainable solution. ANS – (Autonomous Nervous System) assessment is very important
